Not a big bank by any stretch of the imagination, the Co-Operative Bank were another of the accredited Bounce Back Loan lenders, but would only allow their existing customers to apply for a BBL with them.
So, if you did not have an account open and in use with them on the date they stated on their website you were not going to get a loan from them.
I’ve been waiting since January for any communication at all from coop. I rang the customer service who said they would email the loan department.
Nothing heard.
Coop humbug about being ethical.
