She filed her own petition with liabilities of £294,195.

Gerardo Xavier Ortiz (hereby known as Mr Ortiz) last known address 40 Como Street, Romford, RM7 7DR, obtained 2 Bounce Back Loans (BBL) totalling £100,000 to which he was not entitled, due to neither business having been trading as of 1 March 2020.

Between 9 and 23 November 2020, at least £50,000 was not used for the business but was transferred to his personal account, when BBLs were only granted for the purpose of providing economic benefit to the self-employed business.

Mr Ortiz applied for his own bankruptcy on 14 December 2022.
