Hey ! Just found your page! I applied on the 5th – personal account but only has work related transactions going in and out, further request for tax return the next day sent that off, have been given a ref number
Then on the 11th my wife received an email regarding further documentation ( tax return again ) sent that off … spoke to them on the 20th to chase them up – finally got through and said you should hear by end of week…didn’t receive a cull email last Friday but fearing one tonight
is this something your seeing frequently??? Looks like you’ve done a great job it’s been an interesting read
Note: Some banks have started to send out mass emails, simply dumping applications rather than processing them, due they say to them being overwhelmed.
