1. Iam having problems with sorting out holiday break and another 6 months interest free. I was never made aware of the 6 months holiday period. After 12 months during pandemic. I went straight to an interest only 6 months. And then straight to monthly payment of£236. Per month.my business is quite. I paid one direct debit. And then asked last July for other offers. Which I was told that I could not avail of .until. 2 direct monthly payments were paid. But surely I was entitled to my 6 month holiday first and then 2 x 6 months interest only. Which I was not offered.i have been calling your bounce back loan team. At least 14 times which I have record off. I did speak to Richard.who was very help ful. But could not do anything for me as another colleague was looking after it she has never called me back ever since July past.i think this is very unfair. And I have had to seek legal help. Who cannot understand why I cannot avail straight away of my holiday period. And another 6 months after this on interest free. You have taken 2 payments off me. Can someone please call me and sort this out.all accounts have been submitted.
