The official figures related to BBL defaults, arrears and guarantee claims put in by, and paid out to each lender are updated sporadically. I have now taken delivery of the latest data dump which covers up until the 31st of December 2025 and that data dump was released on the 27th of February 2026.
I have dedicated a section of the website to each individual lender, so feel free to take a look as it will allow you to see just how many BBL defaults, BBL customers they have in arrears and also just how many BBL guarantee claims each lender has put in and how much they have so far been paid out.

Guarantee Removals
Currently, 14,107 Bounce Back Loans have no guarantee attached to a total value of £499.29 million. The reasons why they have no guarantees attached is often down to Lenders, how can I put this, “making mistakes”, yes, Lenders NOT Borrowers.

Basic Overview
On Schedule is the number of BBLs each Lender has that are being repaid on a timely basis.
Arrears are the number of BBLs each Lender has that are in arrears.
Defaulted are the number of BBLs each Lender has that are in default.
Claimed column are Guarantee claims in the system
Settled column are Guarantee claims paid out
Fully Repaid, means borrower has repaid in full
