So Applied for an account with Santander sent in ID and Address account opened, applied for bounce back loan applied, even spoke to Santander customer service for new accounts who told us exactly what to do, not once did he say we was not Eligible as free we explained why we were opening account,
Just had email to say Bounce Back loan rejected as we opened account with them after 1st of March. nowhere is that mentioned on their website! Fuming another Friday night rejection
Where does it say under eligibility you need an account before the 1st of March
