Starling Apologises to One Applicant for BBL Decline Error

I’ve been looking at those too. They are making their own rules, breaking their own rules and then hoping nobody notices. Their lack of responsibility and empathy is at such a level it’s bordering on narcissism.

Turns out it was a mistake on their part that led to my application being declined. Received an apology and have been given the opportunity to re-apply.

I use the same VAT number for both of my businesses, which is correct when both companies are under the same ownership. This threw up issues with application. I told Starling this might have been the issue. But they ignored me. They investigated and apologised.
