I was part of the Starling bank mass decline on Friday… Here is the worst bit…
Got an email saying application submitted and the when clicked on the website link to “view online” it said I was approved. But I was declined.. Existing customer no fraud markers, no ccjs, nothing… And now with invoices due at the end of May I really don’t know whats going to happen now…
Opened up with tide and put my name down for hsbc feeder but I’ve lost all hope now
Note: I alerted Starling Bank on Twitter about this link error and they corrected it, however that then caused another error embedded within the website page. All logged and verifiable.
