Kwasi Kwarteng the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy has written to local councils asking them to pull their finger out and start firing out grants the Government have sent them funds to distribute.
Many councils have now opened up their online application systems for those grants, but be aware many of them are offering them on a strictly first come first served business, which is of course grossly unfair and the Government should have set aside enough to cover every single business, not the ones that apply the quickest.
