I know your minds are probably elsewhere, with everything going on, and the lack of a response so far from the Government regarding extra emergency help for business owners, let’s hope they finally see sense and doing something, but yesterday the Queen gave Royal Assent to the Rating (Coronavirus) and Directors Disqualification (Dissolved Companies) Bill, which, among other things, is aimed at stopping/dealing with Company Directors winding up their business when they have a Bounce Back Loan when not insolvent:
