I have no clue as to just how many people managed to get a Bounce Back Loan from Paragon, nor whether those applying experienced any problems, but if my memory is correct, I did not receive any complaints from their customers.
However, you could not get a BBL from Paragon if you were not one of their existing customers, and as such they could not have been as overwhelmed with new account applications or for that matter as many BBL applications as those lenders that did enter into the spirit of the scheme and accepted new customers and would let them go on to apply for a Bounce Back Loan.
