Hello, sorry to bother you but I’m praying you can help. I have a personal account with NatWest and am a sole trader. They’ve now rejected me for opening a loan feeder account without getting a reason but from research it seems it’s because I have a loan repayment holiday due to corona-virus already with them.
Is there anything at all I can do? They didn’t want to offer the loan repayment holiday and it seems this is their way of getting back at customers. I’m desperate, I have a baby and can feel myself sinking into depression because I have no money.
