This was my Fireside Chat with the BBC. It was back in December 2021 when I was sounding the alarm bells about business owners who would soon be struggling to repay their Bounce Back Loans.
As you will hear, I did ask the Government to set up a helpline, they didn’t listen as is always the case, so I set one up myself, and have had over 1100 calls so far.
