Sadly, apart from Halifax Building Society customers using their accounts for business purposes who wanted a Bounce Back Loan, Lloyds Bank only let their exciting customers apply for one, but they do have a huge customer base and managed to fire out of the door at lightning speed too, a mind blowing amount of cash via that scheme.
Some people did experience the odd problem here and there, and some trying to onboard with Lloyds via their Halifax account were declined, but one of the bosses of Lloyds has gone on record as saying the reason they did not open up to new customers was to prevent fraud.
