I applied with Starling last Tuesday and just had my declined message 🙁
Now back to square one.
I hadn’t uploaded the full copy of my self assessment so emailed yesterday to ask for that which I sent straight back then got declined tonight.
Thank you for your updates daily though, it’s nice to see I’m not the only one fighting a losing battle. They carried out the credit check and affordability check on me on day of application too
No news from starling. Sole trader since January 2020. Have banked with them since before 2019 and had business accounts with them since then. Now at 77 hours having applied at 4pm Tues
Really difficult as I don’t want to give starling credit cos they have shit on so many people and have behaved appallingly. But they have saved my business today.
