Here is the reply to my question, for reference, they told me I had to go through the Freedom of Information process, as they were a bit reluctant to answer the question when I asked them via my usual channels. Anyway, I did just that and here is what they have to say. Read the last line right at the bottom if you are a fraudster and are thinking of trying it on with them!
