This is a tough read, so be warned.
I hope you accept one of their offers as in all honesty your are keeping people going and your giving everyone hope .. I am just one case and I’m so grateful that you have taken the time to guide me and give me some words of wisdom .
I know there are lots of people who are worse off than me but you’re keeping everyone going your doing a great job off your own back when everyone knows you do not have to be here .
I personally would like to say thank you Mrs also said thank you for keeping me occupied with Twitter as she believes I wouldn’t be here right now and I’ve hit some dark times and yesterday was the lowest point I have reached I’m straight with everyone but I did contemplate topping myself I actually sat there and thought about it and it scared me but thank you for being here for me and for everyone
Update: Very late in the evening a member of HSBC staff contacted the applicant and went above and beyond what was expected. Thank You to that Lady.
