Hi! Been following your page and this absolute SHAM that is going on it’s unreal.
I actually used your page as a guide on what to do back in the early days before the nightmare began and managed to get a BBL from starling believe it or not!
Been trying to close my account with tide and not sure if this info from them is helpful to anyone but thought would share.
I just messaged them today to remove myself from waiting list after seeing that on your page as I don’t need to be on there anymore.
I’m still following and give a little YAY every time I see someone has sorted their loan. Really hoping everyone is sorted soon this is a total nightmare
