Co-Op Bank Making Me Wait and Wait

I am with the Coop Bank. Applied Thurs at 1000. Approved Fri at 1400, docs sent back Fri before 1700. Now checking bank every hr, nothing yet

Hi. Still waiting for money drop.

Just asked the Coop when they are doing money drop. Had this response

“Hi Amanda, we’ve started to process the money. When yours has been completed you’ll receive a confirmation email. Thanks”
