Another Decline From Starling

Been self-employed 15 yrs, always in profit, all documents sent up to date with zero reason for a decline as 100% genuine and eligible

Hope Starling have an investigation against them as to why such a high decline rate when government have set out the scheme for high acceptance with no credit checks!

I just cant understand why when the only criteria is eligibility Starling are declining then advising to apply elsewhere when the eligibility criteria should be same everywhere.
