Very Long Wait for My HSBC Bounce Back Loan

Have you had anyone in similar position?
I bank with Tide, but they are taking too long.
Note: Many people have applied for a feeder account with HSBC and after many weeks have finally worked their way through the system and have had one set up, however more and more people are now being declined by them for such an account.
