Hiya do you know if there’s any issues for tsb customers? I applied 13 days ago and have heard nothing. I messaged them on Twitter a week ago and they said they’d look into it but still nothing
Not sure who this person is but based on what the other person in our office did just called customer service they sorted there and then papers over an hour later and confirmation of payment within 24hours about an hour after that. Let’s see if he’s actually paid within that time
Hiya thought I’d update you. I’ve now waited 16 days for TSB with nothing so far. I contacted them and they said they can confirm they have my application but it’s still being reviewed and I need to keep waiting.
