Still Waiting for HSBC BBL Payment

Hi, we applied to HSBC (our bank) 7/5, email saying look out for EchoSign 10/5, then nothing, called, messaged, told just wait.

Reapplied last week. Should we apply somewhere else?

Note: You are faced with a decision, trying to get an update out of HSBC can be almost impossible, unless you keep hounding them, their CEO team will eventually get back to all application.

As for applying elsewhere, you will need to discover and quickly whether they have actually received your application, but as you have had the EchoSign through that means they must have done and have processed it but you now need the payment, which should have arrived in 48 hours. Hound them until you get an explanation.
