Any lender that wishes to become part of the Bounce Back Loan scheme does of course need to apply and be accredited to do so, and as such someone did send in a FOI Request to the British Business Bank who are tasked with accrediting those lenders asking for a copy of the contract they sign.
That request was put in on the 27th of May 2020 and the BBB responded on the 24th of August 2020, with the following:
