On the Santander front
I have been on at them every single day. Seems my persistence paid off a little yesterday and I got a manager to call me and even give me a mobile number. And has even text me!
The amount of negativity and basically saying she can’t do anything about it . Then who can.
Losing patience tbh. They’ve lost it
