On 4th May, I applied to Santander with such hope for a Bounce Back Loan.
Having fallen through all the cracks of other funding. I qualified according to the rules. It has been hell.
It involved a brick wall at Santander. An incorrect rejection with ‘no appeals process’. An email to the CEO. A senior complaints manager.
Involvement of the local MP. An admission that my account IS eligible. A re-application. It’s now been escalated. I only asked for £4K.
£4K would have saved me from that hell. Its now 1st June. If I ever get the loan, I’m not sure I will feel relief anymore. I am too exhausted.
