They have declined the appeal and upheld the Commissioner’s decision, that being NOT to publicly name everyone with a Bounce Back Loan.
Common-sense has prevailed..
A very big heartfelt THANK YOU to the British Business Bank team, who valiantly battled for SME’s not to be named, they all deserve a big pat on the back, well done.
I did predict the outcome back in November as I sat watching and reporting on the Tribunal play out before the Judge….
