Hi, I got approved with NatWest for bbl , they said my funds were in the feeder account but was waiting more than a week for my log in details to come.
Still never arrived so I called them up on 03457XXXXXX no waiting time on phone and the girl linked my personal NatWest account to my feeder one so I can use my normal log in details for both now and have access to my loan
No worries, not sure why NatWest don’t tell people that it was so easy to do could’ve saved me waiting a week to get my money
