Applied for a Metro Bank account.
Was told to come into store and spent a couple of hours with them.
Did the first bit of checks and apparently it was ok to proceed.
Got a call later on same day and told by Metro that “we haven’t got an appetite for this business right now, maybe try after the pandemic” asked why “we can’t really discuss why but unfortunately no account”

Hey, Metro seem to be having technical problems. Drop down menu problems not allowing us to process to the next page. Really upsetting after 5 hours in the queue. Maybe tomorrow?!
