Marker on My Barclays Account Caused BBL Delay

Hi there! I have two business one banking with Barclays and the other with NatWest.

It’s been a week since i signed an agreement with NatWest but no funds yet. With Barclays they mentioned I have to get in touch as I can’t access the application and nobody has answered the phone after 2 days of 3 hour waits…

I haven’t even been able to apply yet

I spoke to the relevant department and they said all my details are up to date and that I have to speak to the lending team which i just got through to

This is ridiculous. After all this wait, they said there is a marker on my account that won’t allow me to apply online and they can’t tell me why…

They’ll have to request a call back from a manager
