Hi, I just got the same Santander email.
I bank personally with Santander and have held a good balance.
My business bank is not an accredited BBL bank so I had no option but to apply with Santander, but been declined even though I am fully eligable under the eligability criteria, supplied my 2018/19 tax returns and everything in order, but excuse was as email stated.
