Hi, I just got the same Santander email.
I bank personally with Santander and have held a good balance.
My business bank is not an accredited BBL bank so I had no option but to apply with Santander, but been declined even though I am fully eligable under the eligability criteria, supplied my 2018/19 tax returns and everything in order, but excuse was as email stated.
Well done for all your efforts – hope you gain some personal benefit from your work in the longer term!
I originally applied with Santander 8 weeks ago and after 5 weeks I chased them and they ‘lost‘ my application so I had to cancel that one and reapply.
Hey I applied for a Santander BBL – and I have been sent a loan agreement via docusign. Do you know if that means I have been accepted, and will eventually receive the funds?
