With the take up of the Help to Grow Scheme being dismal, due in no small part to it being deemed to be a complete waste of money by most SME’s, Kwasi Kwarteng the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has said the scheme will “evolve” in a reply to Darren Jones MP who is the Chair of the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee .
