Applied to Starling around 10am this morning – docs approved and signed 5 hours later and just waiting for cash to hit now.

Truthfully until now I was at my wits end with Starling as they didn’t want to offer any support to a company with less than 18 months trading history, regardless of how well we were doing – but this redeems them!
I think their customer service could definitely be more empathetic to what their customers are going through and they may not be the right bank for many startups – but at heart they are a tech business, and that is what we are seeing them excel at here! Thanks again – hopefully the money hits shortly!
