Just a quick question.
I’ve absolutely hounded HSBC and can’t get any sense from the. Signed the loan docs and DD forms on 15 May and then heard nothing.
Emailed called dms etc and even from their portal that says they respond in 2 business days. Any advice on what I should do? Many thanks.
Note: It should have been sorted by now money is now usually paid in 48 hours (2 business days) from echo signing, just hound ever single email address list on the website, check pinned tweet for link to today’s news update that is where the email address are.
