I called the Yorkshire bank complaint line today. 3 minutes after I made a complaint I had a call approving my loan.
Money will be in my account tomorrow. Confirmed by text. Applied 4th May. Thought it may help other people.
It was the complaints number: 0800 345 7365 hope it gets some results!
