Just wanted to say thank you. I was a lurker on your page after applying to HSBC on Tuesday 5th May and receiving no communication or acknowledgment of my application at all.
I made several calls to HSBC but no one could tell me anything to put my mind at rest. Following the advice of many on your page.
I emailed the CEO on Friday 22nd and received a reply within a couple of hours, a phone call on bank holiday Monday, the eco sign docs on the Tuesday with the money drop later that day!!
Phew what a relief (and an absolute palaver). I’m glad to say I can unfollow you now, in the nicest way possible
