Hi there, just thought I’d drop you a message to say thank you for all the updates Re the BBLs.
I am a sole trader and don’t have a business account with anybody but I did have a personal account with HSBC so I applied with them on 6th May.
I had heard nothing from them since, not even a confirmation email.
But about 2 hours ago I randomly received the email saying my application was successful and requesting me to sign a form and DD mandate*
So they are still working through these it seems and no need to reapply even if there was no confirmation email.
forms on Tuesday as per above, money has been dropped in my personal bank account at some point this afternoon.
I didn’t once contact anybody at HSBC so despite the delay I am quite impressed…
