As you know I’m on day 12 since my appointment. I’ve called my case manager many times and he has stopped picking up my phone. I don’t think they are going to give me a bounce back loan. It’s been a very long time.
I contacted my local MPs Vicky Ford and Sir David Amess they have also emailed HSBC on my behalf yet still no response from someone senior regarding this.
I really don’t know what to do, I’m going to have to close my business soon. I have no other income streams so am lost now. Have bills to pay as well.
