GC Finance were given £10m by Andy Burnham, well the local authority in Manchester to fire out as Bounce Back Loans to businesses located in Greater Manchester.

However, I did hear from no end of people who did apply and were declined a Bounce Back Loan from GC Finance, and conversely did hear from several who did manage to get one with that lender.
