Here is the latest roll call of Sole Traders who abused the Bounce Back Loan scheme. Each of whom have been given long  Bankruptcy Restrictions Orders for their wrongdoing.

10 Year Bankruptcy Restrictions Order

On 09 June 2020, Jason Edward Emeny, last known address: Staniwells Farm, Ermine Street, Hibaldstow, Brigg, DN20 9NH, obtained a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’), to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his business turnover.

11 Year Bankruptcy Restrictions Order

On 09 October 2020, Andrei Socaci last known address: Flat 1, 41 Wentworth Avenue, London, N1 3YN,obtained a £49,000 Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’), to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his business turnover.

10 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 22 July 2020 Sam Hanley (Mr Hanley) last known address: Flat 46, Martlesham, Adams Road, London, N17 6HT obtained a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (BBL) to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his business turnover. Mr Hanley failed to use the BBL in its entirety for the economic benefit of his business.

12 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 07 July 2020, Mr Zbigniew Florian Majewski (“Mr Majewski”) last known address: 147 Perryn Road, London, W3 7LU,received a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (“BBL”) to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating his business turnover. On 01 December 2020, Mr Majewski obtained a 2nd £50,000 BBL to which he was not entitled, as he had already received a BBL for the same business.

9 Year Bankruptcy Restriction Order

On 11 May 2020, Syed Shahzad Mehmood last known address: 29 Standish Gardens, Sheffield, S5 8YD,obtained a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan (‘BBL’), to which he was not fully entitled, by overstating the level of his business turnover.
