Omg. After around 18 days of waiting… HSBC finally respond to my BBL application and address me as “Mr Jones” even though I’m “Mr James” – not going to hold my breath for how this will progress
May 28: Applied to HSBC for BBL via HSBC personal account.
SILENCE
June 18: Email addressed to slightly incorrect name asking for my tax return (even though I already submitted it in the application on Day 1).
June 22: Asked for eSignature on loan documents.
Will update when (and if) payment comes through.
Money in account 32 mins after I signed loan agreement!
