Morning. Just had an interesting conversation with a lady on the HSBC 0800 number.
She basically said that her team have nothing else that they can do apart from putting you on the escalation list that they send up to HQ everyday.
They can’t see accounts at all and are working off spreadsheets.
She advised me that the best course of action is to call the 0345 number and speak to the business banking team.
Currently been on hold for half hour. So I’m up to 5 escalations on the 0800 number, 4 email complaints to the commercial business complaints email address but still zero contact.
Anyway I’ll keep fighting the fight and just though it would maybe be useful info.
Been really struggling the last couple days and feel pretty down.
