So all this not being able to see the money and it turns out the account is open and the funds are in.
They haven’t sent me any details to login and it doesn’t show on my online banking. They have today linked the account to my internet banking and it will show in the next 48 hours.
Get NatWest customers to call 03457 11 44 77 and check. We checked online web chat in the week and was told it was escalated but turns out it was already open and the was a generic response.
