Hi I applied for a bounce back (cbils no response even though applied on launch day).
Applied on 4th nothing reapplies 12th got eco sign and 000 (wrong bank account number on echo-sign form) rang on the 17th escalated with no response as yet complained nothing been calling everyday but getting no where
Is there anything else I should be doing the customer service has been a joke
And thanks for doing what your doing
Still not heard anything back sent emails to all the ones you listed I’ve not even had a response never mind the money!
