An appeal for help from anyone that has had issues with Metro Bank resolved.
Whilst some have breezed through their online system, many, myself included, have failed to get past the first screen.
You literally only need 3 bits of information – Your account number, Company Name and Company Address.
Simple right? Yes and no.
Whilst I have that information, it appears as though that unless it matches EXACTLY, it doesn’t work.
My address doesn’t come up on their address look up search so I have to enter it manually. I’ve checked many times with their support to check I’m putting it in correctly and they say I am.
I tried again today and it still doesn’t work.
Has anyone had a similar experience and managed to solve it? Any help would be great as I’ve called Metro many times and posted on Twitter but can’t see any solution other than to keep trying.
