I applied for BBL with HSBC on the 13/5 signed docs on the 15/5 still no money… have phoned HSBC everyday got the same response has been escalated with no outcome.
Went into local branch today and guess what…. same response been escalated nothing more they can do.
My phone has now been cut off and car getting repossessed
My funds are in account May 22nd
I know your pretty busy with all the messages, I’m still waiting to here back from starling but seeing the mass declines on twitter I’m not holding out much hope!

Hi, we applied to Hsbc (our bank) 7/5, email saying look out for echosign 10/5, then nothing, called, messaged, told just wait. Reapplied last week. Should we apply somewhere else?
