Hey, bit of advice please, I’m a self-employed barber, and Yorkshire Bank, are saying they need me to prove I work in a shop, which I do, but my trading address has always been my home address as I’m self-employed? I have no official documents with shop address in my name?
I have had owner write letter to say I work there but they now saying signature of his on letter is not real !! Feel free to say if you do not have answer.
Note: Take photos if you can and even a video, and supply any paperwork addressed to you at the premises, you should complain to their CEO too you will find the email address on today’s news story on the pinned tweet, do not give up

Well applied for BBL after transferring money into account, how long is the usual wait to hear back from Yorkshire Bank?
Note: Not too long they are fairly fast at paying out once you have applied and been approved for a Bounce Back Loan.
