I applied for bounce back loan with Santander personal account for my dog walking/pet services business Bark and Board Leeds on Monday 4th of May and uploaded tax return etc on Thursday.I have not had any documents through to sign loan agreement.
I am in desperate need of answers and communication and I am sick of been told excuses when I applied on the day the scheme opened and have supplied all the information required and meet the eligibility requirements.
Over 7 days waiting for Loan agreement to be sent for a loan that’s 100% guaranteed by the government to help keep businesses afloat with working capital is shocking,I need the documents sending as soon as possible.
I had a panic attack tonight as I got so worked up,been constantly checking emails,used Twitter,Facebook,secure live chat and phoned the business lending team several times.
I just need to know if it’s accepted so I can breathe again knowing funds will land eventually.
