NatWest Ordered to Pay £5,000 Compensation and “Do The Right Thing” Regarding a Defaulted BBL For a Customer Whose Vulnerable Husband Was Sadly Pushed Over the Edge By the Bank Due to Their Failings and Has Passed Away

I asked the Government to write the BBL off, as I warned many of those in Government associated with the scheme, often to their faces, I never wanted such a thing to happen, but if they didn’t up their game they would. Their response is below.

A British Business Bank spokesperson said:

“We have considered the decision notice issued by The Financial Ombudsman Service and were sorry to read about the impact on the complainant and her husband.

We do not comment on individual cases, but we can confirm that we will make enquiries of the lender into the circumstances of the case.”

I trust they will do the right thing and write it off.
