I Wrote to the NatWest CEO No Joy Yet Though

After writing to Alison Rose CEO my Natwest BBL application has now been passed onto their complaints dept.

They keep advising that they are contacting the lending dept for explanation for my decline and that my complaint is at the highest level.

Do I need to await their response before applying to another lender (Metro Bank),

Will I need to transfer all my banking or just apply for the loan? Your advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: It is vital you get a response from NatWest and quickly, however doing so as you have found out can be very time consuming. I would advise you to stick to the bank that does approve you for a Bounce Back Loan as they are worthy of your long time custom.
